- Exhibits or stands fittings should start to be removed by 22:00 on 20 NOV. 2011.
- The exhibitors are responsible to clear stand fittings and waste materials from their pavilions starting from 20:00 on 20 NOV. 2011 continue 24 hours.
- It is not the organizers responsibility for any goods left on site after the breakdown
For heavy machinery and equipment which need forklifts moving-in date & time, it should be started moving in at 14:00 on Monday 14th of Nov. 2011 till 18:00 on 16th of Nov. 2011.
