- Exhibits or stands fittings should start to be removed by 22:00 on 28 Nov. 2010.
- The exhibitors are responsible to clear stand fittings and waste materials from their pavilions starting from 20:00 on 28 Nov. 2010 continue 24 hours.
- It is not the organizers responsibility for any goods left on site after the breakdown.
For heavy machinery and equipment which need forklifts moving-in date & time, it should be started moving in at 14:00 on Monday 22nd of Nov. 2010 till 18:00 on 24th of Nov. 2010.
